Q: Can the actors touch you?

A: The actors in the Factory of Fear will not touch you. However, they do get very close. Occasionally you may brush up against their costumes or props, or you may get bumped into by a actor or a person in your group by accident. You may also come into contact with some props.

Q: Is there an age requirement for admittance?

A: No, we suggest that if you think your child can watch horror movies, you can let them come through the haunt.

Q: Is it scary?

A: If we did it right, yes it should be scary.

A: Average haunt length for 2024 was approximately 45mins

Q: What are the items that I should make sure I don't bring into the haunt?

A: DO NOT BRING ANY FIREARMS, CHAINS, KNIFES, WEAPONS OF ANY KIND, ANY KIND OF LIGHT, ANY KIND OF CAMERA, PAGERS, CELL PHONES, LIGHTERS, OR ALCOHOL. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE. **CCW are not banned from our haunt but, we ask that you leave them in the car.

Q: How long is the wait?

A: The Factory of Fear prides itself in short wait times. However, the earlier in the night, the wait will be shorter. Otherwise, the longer the line, the longer the wait. The closer to Halloween the longer the lines. If you're concerned about long wait times, we suggest visiting on Sundays or the first 2 weekends of the season.

Q: Do you have wait entertainment?

A: Yes, we normally have a DJ in the queue line as well as actors.

Q: Do you have covered waiting?

A: Yes, we have heated indoor waiting.

Q: What is the best day to come for the shortest line wait times?

A: Rainy nights, Sundays, or on average, the first 2 weekends of the season. You can also try off season events which, tend to have an almost non-existent wait.

Q: What do I get for my ticket?

A: One trip through the Factory of Fear, entry to Fear Underground, some nightmares, and if you're lucky a few happy dreams...

A: We believe that if your child watches and enjoys horror movies, they should enjoy the Factory of Fear.

A: Mostly from crew member nightmares and day tremors.

A: Yes there are rooms inside the haunt that have a lot of gore.

Q: Do I get my money back if I don't make it through?

A: No.

Q: Do I get my money back if I get so scared that I have to be let out?

Q: Do I get a refund if I cause a disturbance, assault or attempt to assault actors, destroy or attempt destroy sets or props, and as a result have to be asked to leave the attractions or have to be removed from the attractions?
